The Journey

For most of you, the journey begins at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá.

Beginning Friday morning, buses will depart from the airport for Hotel Tocarema in Girardot. We will coordinate departures around guest arrivals so that the road ahead is as easy as possible.

Once you're on the bus, leave the rest to us.

Settle in, watch Bogotá disappear behind you, and enjoy the road into warmer air.

Exact bus assignments will be shared closer to the wedding.

7:00 PM · Hotel Tocarema

Before anything begins, we want one night simply to have everyone together.

Join us for bites, prosecco, and the first cheers of the weekend.

Nothing formal. Nothing complicated. Just warm weather, linen, and some of our favorite people finally in the same place.

3:00 PM · Girardot

This is the reason we brought you all this way.

Buses will take guests from Hotel Tocarema to the church before the ceremony and bring everyone back to the hotel afterward.

Please be ready at Tocarema with enough time to board your assigned transportation. Exact departure details will be shared closer to the wedding.

After the ceremony, the buses will bring everyone home to Tocarema.

We'll begin with cocktails at five, followed by dinner, toasts, music, and a celebration that has no particular interest in ending early.

Sunday Morning · Hotel Tocarema

Before the weekend begins to scatter us in different directions again, join us for breakfast overlooking the mountains.

One more table.

Beginning Sunday afternoon, buses will depart Hotel Tocarema for El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá.

Return transportation will be coordinated around guest flight schedules for those departing Sunday and Monday.

Please submit your complete flight itinerary so we can arrange transportation and make sure everyone has a way back to Bogotá with plenty of time before departure.
